Your responsibilities as division manager

  • Strategic and operational FManagement and development of a team of approximately 50 employees, promoting professional development, and being a contact person: on equal footing.
  • Expansion of existing business areas, identification of new market opportunities and potential, by actively observing and evaluating technical innovations and current developments in engineering surveying and integrating them into the strategic orientation in a targeted manner.
  • Acquiring new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships to strengthen partnerships in a sustainable manner.
  • Supporting requests for proposals and tenders together with the project management service unit; contributing technical and economic expertise.
  • Assembling high-performing project teamsPromoting cross-departmental cooperation; supporting the project management service area to ensure successful project completion.
  • Economic responsibility for the area and active participation in economic optimization.
  • narrowness collaboration with heads of service areas and other executives to coordinate company-wide developments.
  • Ensuring compliance legal, regulatory, and internal company requirements.

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in Geoinformatics, surveying, geodesy, spatial planning or a related technical field.
  • Perennial leadership experience with personnel responsibility, ideally in an engineering or planning environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of current Market developments and requirements in engineering surveying, as well as the ability to use specialist knowledge profitably for business development.
  • Negotiating skills in communication - internally, with customers and partners - even in complex situations.
  • High level of initiative, assertiveness and entrepreneurial vision.
  • Very good Knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language for confident communication, even in international contexts.
