On September 02 and 03, 2020, it was time for our two new trainees: Get their first taste of practical experience! Our training managers Mr. Schätzle (on the right) and Mr. Schütze developed a two-day basic workshop.
On the first day, an introduction to our portfolio of instruments took place at the "Alter Hau" barbecue area in Aichwald. The main aim was to give the trainees a practical overview of the instruments before they started to work with total stations and co.
The second day, this time in the nearby parking lot, included the preparation of a field sketch, topographic recordings with the tachymeter as well as the handling of the GPS and height measurements. What is being done and why? was always the question that was in the foreground.
