Focus on Corporate Strategy and Leadership

In recent weeks, two events at Hemminger focused on corporate development: the annual management meeting in Feldstetten and a seminar on developing leadership and sales skills.

At the Executive Meeting The company’s current strategy was reviewed and evaluated collectively. The focus was on determining which milestones had already been achieved, where adjustments were needed, and which goals were relevant for the company’s future development. Another key objective was to align the individual business units with one another and establish common priorities.

This coordination is also important for our collaboration with our customers. Clear responsibilities, short decision-making paths, and a shared understanding of technical services make it easier to assess requirements early on and develop appropriate solutions. This is especially true for projects in which multiple departments work together and a reliable coordination is necessary.

Another key component of the company's strategy is the Regular continuing education for managers. As part of a seminar with the Sales and Leadership Specialist René Czaker The participants addressed current issues in leadership and sales. Topics included collaboration with employees and teams, communication between business units, and communication with customers.

The exchange involved the leadership of the Business Units:

Corporate Strategy Leadership Workshop

Both meetings served to review existing structures and work processes and to jointly prepare for the company’s future development. A coordinated strategic direction and the Ongoing professional development for managers support both internal collaboration and a structured and Cross-functional project management.

At the same time, clear goals and reliable leadership structures provide guidance for employees and form the foundation for Opportunities for professional and personal development within the company.
