Your terrain: As the Quality Management Officer (QMO), you are responsible within the HI Group for organizing all measures related to quality and occupational safety (AMS). Together with senior management, you are responsible for establishing, organizing, and monitoring the quality management system. You prepare documentation, conduct internal and external audits, and ensure that the system complies with the current legal framework. You serve as the point of contact for all business units and the administration.
What core tasks await you:
- System Management: The Quality Management Representative implements the Quality Management System (QMS) and continuously improves it.
- Documentation: He coordinates the creation and maintenance of the QM manual as well as relevant guidelines and supporting documentation.
- Audits & Analyses: He plans and oversees internal and external audits and evaluates quality data, such as error rates.
- Training & Consulting: He advises management and trains employees to promote quality awareness throughout the company.
- Interface Management: He acts as a liaison between the workforce and management to identify and resolve process weaknesses.
- You are the chief security officer for the HI Group.
What you bring to the table - expertise meets personality:
- Qualification as a Quality Management Representative with Training/Certificate
- Several years of experience in quality management—preferably at an engineering firm
- In-depth knowledge of the legal requirements for a quality management system (QMS) and an aviation management system (AMS)
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint is preferred
- Confident communication—with employees and partners—even in complex situations
- A high degree of initiative, assertiveness, and foresight
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills (C1) to ensure confidence when communicating in international contexts
- Willingness to change: You are motivated by change and process adjustments are the driving force behind your actions.
